Package geoRglm is an extension to the package geoR by Paulo J. Ribeiro Jr and Peter J. Diggle.
Package geoR needs to be installed from CRAN first. Package geoRglm is avaialble on request to Ole F Christensen.

The package vignette contains an introductory session illustrating some of the capabilities of geoRglm.

geoRglm is available as Free Software under the terms of the Free Software Foundation's GNU General Public License.

Please note that as a free library, geoRglm is supplied without any warranty.

Package geoRglm is no longer being actively developed, but critical bugs will be fixed. Bugs reports may be send to : OleF.Christensen "at" qgg.au.dk (for protection against spam-mail replace "at" by @).

• Collaborators

We are grateful to Peter J. Diggle for giving encouragement and support to the development of the package. The original version of the function asympvar was made by Rasmus Waagepetersen. Also some of the C-code for the MCMC-algorithms is based on code originally developed together with Rasmus.
